Return Policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after the dispatch of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty and Damaged Items
At Dusty & Rusty Country Co. we pride ourselves on providing quality items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at admin@dustynrusty.com.au with details, photos, and order details.
We will work with you and investigate the fault, providing either an exchange or store credit upon item return if the item is confirmed to have a defect.
If in our reasonable opinion, the product has been damaged or is of unacceptable quality following the sale due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to take reasonable care, failure to follow provided care instructions, or being used in an abnormal way, the item will be deemed “not faulty” and the return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or change of mind.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges due to the incorrect size ordered only.
Exchanges are fully accepted at the cost of the customer. This includes the cost of the item being returned via post to Dusty & Rusty Country Co. and the cost of the new item back to you (the customer)
Due to some of our products being limited runs, if the size you would like to exchange for is unavailable, you will be provided with store credit, valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. Any outstanding credit at the end of the 6 months will be void.
Please note, we are based in Oakey QLD. Shipping costs significantly more for shipping in rural areas compared to metro areas. Your understanding of this is most appreciated.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds. Pending the situation, you will be provided with an exchange item or store credit.
