Shipping Providers
We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping within Australia. For international orders, we use the most appropriate shipping company to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Shipping Timeframes
All orders are processed and shipped the next business day unless otherwise specified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Packaging and Handling
We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Produce Orders
Please note: produce items cannot be shipped. All produce is available for click & collect only. If a produce order is mistakenly placed for shipping and a refund is required, a processing fee equal to the shipping amount paid may be deducted.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your package arrives safely, we hold no responsibility for damages occurring during transit or for lost packages. However, we are committed to helping you resolve any issues that may arise.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Provide us with photos of the damaged packaging and items to help us investigate the issue.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost during transit, please inform us as soon as possible. We will contact the shipping company to initiate an investigation.
Compensation for Damaged or Lost Packages
Upon receiving notification of a damaged or lost package, we will investigate the matter promptly. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may decide to offer compensation in the form of a replacement item or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged or lost packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Dusty & Rusty Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. Dusty & Rusty Clothing Co. is not responsible for these additional charges.
